Tender Mercies

The serious packing is well under way, and the last two days have been hectic!  But in the middle of our craziness, there have been some tender mercies, that I need to mention. As I was running around between dental and hair appointments, the spirit told me to go into the Bank right then, and deal with an errand I had been putting off,so I did, and with zero line-ups, I was in and out in 5 mins!  Then I had an impression to go to a certain store right after the Bank to look for an item I needed, and there it was, on sale, and again I was in and out quickly and able to be on time to scheduled appointments!  I felt that it was a "Tender Mercy" given to me, in the middle of a hectic day, and I am very grateful for the way the Lord looks after us. I  know that  if I will only act on the promptings of the spirit, right in the moment, I will be blessed.

The big question  now is, How much CAN we get into the van??  I am hoping for "more", but we will see!

I keep looking at the Hammock and thinking, hmmmm, will THAT  fit in the van as well??? It would make an interesting addition to the Halifax mission office, if only  I could sit in there, in the afternoon, and answer the phone as I swing in, towards the desk ---- what would the President think??
